Well as promised here are some of the images from Tani's Bar Mitzvah Celebration held at B'nai Torah in Boca Raton...as you can see it was a fun affair held together by Vanessa Portnoy owner of Amaze Events. Everyone had such a great time especially Tani who had a non stop smile all night long. The highlight of the evening was a special guest appearance by the Maccabeats and now I can't stop singing "I throw my latkas in the air sometimes saying ayoo spin the dreidle". Tani was called up to sing a song with the band and then all his friends got into the act . A great party.

Melissa & Kevin's engagement sesssion Deerfield Beach
I had such a great time photographing Melissa and Kevin's recent engagement session in Deerfield Beach. The weather was almost perfect with just a bit of wind but Melissa and Kevin are so laid back and fun that there could have been a tropical storm and they still would have enjoyed themselves. Can't wait to photograph their destination wedding at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach in April.

Reina & Elie's Wedding Miami
Continuing with Reina & Elie's wedding in Miami, the ceremony is over and as with 90% of orthodox Jewish weddings the guest immediately enter the reception, the cocktail hour took place during the Tish. At this point the bride and groom are spending some alone time no more than 15 minutes, while you are waiting to create the images of the two of them alone there are at least two people (the wedding coordinator and the caterer) asking you if you are done yet. On a good day you have 20-30 minutes with the bride and groom on most days you don't. I had 14 minutes with Reina and Elie so you have to work fast in one location, usually at the Chuppa, no moving around to different locations no run out to the beach or park. Next up the reception...so far you have been shooting 7.5 hours and the reception hasn't started yet and the reception is where all the fun happens....
